Fit-is-Go Time

Andy's parents are back on the east coast and, since we ate all the gourmet mushrooms and cheese, this is all we have left of them...

Does this pic look familiar?

From this bunch of emptys, the Cep was my favorite. But each of them were so delicious that the bottle of Two Buck Chuck that I openend last night tasted like purple-hued, stale rainwater.

I took a bunch of pictures during their visit and our trip down the coast that you can check out here. You can also take a peek at my latest magazine collage project here.

I specifically said my life would be "normal" again by now. HA! Things have changed already. I am sitting on the couch waiting for Kim, Leo and their standard-shift Honda Fit to swoop me up and hit the road toward LA. We'll be staying in Venice for a night and then heading east to Colorado. This road trip is Kim's. Over the past week and a half she has taken one killer cumulative exam and been hooded for her PhD, so she is in serious need to decompress. She invited me to come with her and it could not have come at a better time. Starting in September I will be a committed graduate student. These four months remaining are mine. I'm going to start by spending birthday #26 in Boulder.
